Webinar Info

1) Your Registration Payment Options:   

~ PayPal (includes an option to pay with credit card, if you have no PayPal account);     
~ E-Transfer - If this is your preference for payment, please email us at info@kids-move.com, so we can arrange this for you and process your invoice/receipt. 

2) After Confirmation of Payment

Following confirmation of paid registration, you will receive a personalized code, together with clear instructions, enabling you to access the Rockin’ Reflex video streams and Educational Manual (downloadable/printable). These resources are included in your registration fee and will be needed for you to receive maximum benefit from your webinar participation and training. 

3) Accessing Webinar

On the day before the webinar, you will be emailed a personalized webinar link that will allow only you to access. When you are prompted, please type in your name and email address (ensuring that this is the exact name and email address provided with your registration). 

If paying for colleague(s) or re: someone else's account, do connect with us beforehand to ensure we have entered the correct information - and please do not share the link we send. Anyone not registered will be removed from the webinar.   

4) Can't join the session live?

Relax, it will be recorded, and you can access the recording for up to 2 weeks after the live session. 

5) Technical Requirements 

We will be using the Zoom.us platform, which is best supported by Google Chrome. You will need to download the program before attending the webinar. It is best to view our webinars from a laptop or desktop computer. 

Participation does not require a microphone or camera, as you will be viewing slides, videos and images and hearing our voices. 

6) Refund Policy: 

Please be aware that payments already processed can NOT be refunded. However, paid registration may be transferred to another individual. If the webinar is cancelled due to low registration or other unexpected circumstances, a refund will be issued to you within 30 days. If any questions, feel free to contact us at info@kids-move.com

These times are not convenient for me!

We understand the time may not be convenient for all, which is why we plan to alternate the times for sessions. Being an international organization makes it challenging to find times that are convenient for everyone!

What language will this be in?

This session will be done in English.

What time will the webinars be where I am located?

The posted webinar times are Toronto, Ontario time (Eastern Standard Time).

How do I get the link to join?

You will receive an email a few days before the session that will give you the link to join the webinar. Do not lose/delete this email, as you will need it to join the session!

How long will the sessions be?

The session will be 60 minutes long.
